Embrace the Chaos, find your center!

Join Corey in this 75-minute yoga class set to a curated playlist of metal music spanning various subgenres. The class will focus on a dynamic flow style (e.g., Vinyasa or Power Yoga) to match the music's energy while still offering modifications for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. The instructor will foster a lighthearted, inclusive atmosphere, emphasizing the enjoyment of movement and music over strict adherence to traditional yoga practices. The class will culminate in a relaxing savasana with an immersive sound bath.
