This movement series focused on developing athletes' ability to generate momentum and move dynamically on the wall. Across three one-and-a-half-hour sessions, we will cover how to initiate dynamic moves, your trajectory in the air, and how to catch them in a strong, effective position. We will apply those concepts through off and on-the-wall drills to develop athletes' ability to use these concepts in their own climbing.
