Peak Fit is a class which promotes muscle-building movements that will challenge your body and your brain to provide a strong foundation for any type of activity. This will be done through resistance and strength training. You can expect to learn how to generate power and maintain form in order to perform your best on and off the wall.

Are you ready to get in amazing climbing shape and also meet other awesome climbers? Climb Fit is designed to build climbing fitness, increase strength and improve technique in a small group setting. Join us for an hour of climbing working on your strengths as well as weaknesses, and also teach you the best exercises you can do to increase endurance, prevent injuries and reach your climbing goals. Be ready to get stronger than you've ever been and impress everyone else at the gym (or at least your mom).

Strong Fit develops foundational strength for climbers. We will combine finger strength with basic movement patterns (press, pull, hinge, squat) to create strong, robust athletes capable of generating high amounts of force on the wall!
Exercises are scalable to any athlete - all ability levels welcome!
