Join us for a beautiful day in the Jemez Mountains for outdoor climbing and yoga! We will meet for a whole day event with mindfulness, nature, climbing, and fun. The day will start with a vinyasa yoga flow followed by top rope climbing. We will provide the climbing gear and guides so you can get on some great climbs in our local climbing areas.

Climbers of all ages and skill levels are welcome.

Want to go outside, but don’t have the gear, or know where to go, or how to set up ropes? Maybe you just need a rope gun or a friendly group of partners. While there is no set instructional curriculum for the day, you are sure to learn a lot from your professional guide.

A great first step in becoming an independent climber is learning how to build your own anchor. This one day course will take you through the basics of creating climbing anchors and the magic behind placing protection. It will give you the skills needed to set up your own top-rope anchor outside and is the first step towards learning traditional climbing techniques.

Sport climbing uses permanently fixed protection known as bolts, but traditional ("trad") climbing puts you in charge of placing removable protection and building anchors that will keep you off the ground. This course will expand on how to place nuts and camming devices on lead and how to recognize a solid or dubious placement. This two-day course is packed full of vital information to help you become a successful and knowledgeable trad climber.

Ever wanted to get into Multi-Pitch sport climbing? Have you started Trad climbing, and are you ready to move on to longer routes? Multi-Pitch Tactics will introduce you to the skills you need to move beyond the first rope length on the wall. From belaying from above and rope management skills to efficient changeovers and hanging belays. You will leave this class with the skills you need to begin exploring the Sandias or take that trip to El Potrero Chico that you've been dreaming about.
