Marci will guide students through warm-ups, sun salutations, standing balancing postures and seated and finishing postures. Inversions and arm balances are offered throughout the Rocket practice. Our breath guides us as we transition into and out of these fun and challenging postures. All levels are welcome.

Rest, reset, and nourish your nervous system. This all-levels gentle yoga class is designed to help you enter a state of deep relaxation. In this hour, you will hold a series of poses using blocks, bolsters, and blankets to promote stillness and softening within the body. Enjoy a long savasana, preparing you for a good night’s sleep.
Flow & Glow Yoga - CoreyWednesdays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
With the movement and breath aligned, the body can flow, and stress will disappear. The class will begin with warm-ups followed by traditional and modern vinyasa flow sequences. This is followed by restorative poses to cool down and end with a blissful glow. Perfect for the middle of the week.

Join this quick lunch hour yoga and get yourself centered. This class is for all levels and is great for the yoga or student looking to get back into yoga, is new to yoga, or wishes to flow with slower and intentional movements while practicing mindfulness and gentle breath. This gentle and restorative class uses blocks, straps, and sometimes bolsters and blankets to help you relax and re-align your body. Be ready to relax and be revitalized!

This one hour Vinyasa Flow for Climbers is the perfect opportunity to re-center your mind while gaining strength and flexiblity. Corey will lead you through gentle and grounding movements during the beginning of the class. Then, with a fun playlist and energetic movements, you will be led through a series of yoga sequences to increase strength, heart-rate, and awareness. Finally, the class will end with another series of grounded movements to gently lead you into shivasana. Come and enjoy this fun class!
Yoga Unleashed: Where Metal Meets MindfulnessEmbrace the Chaos, find your center!
Join Corey in this 75-minute yoga class set to a curated playlist of metal music spanning various subgenres. The class will focus on a dynamic flow style (e.g., Vinyasa or Power Yoga) to match the energy of the music while still incorporating modifications for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. The instructor will encourage a lighthearted and inclusive atmosphere, emphasizing the enjoyment of movement and music over strict adherence to traditional yoga practices. The class will culminate in a relaxing savasana with an immersive sound bath.

Settle into your body and breath in this slow vinyasa flow yoga class. Maggie will guide you through intentional mindfulness as you move through poses that enhance mobility, flexibility, relaxation, and release of tension. With Maggie's extensive training in modern and traditional yoga, she will provide alignment cues, awareness, philosophy, essential oils, and a singing bowl experience. Come to this low-key, easy for beginners, and great for advanced yogis, all-inclusive yoga class.
